Immigration Law:	Has actively practiced immigration law since 1969. Applications and appearances before INS and Immigration Court. Appeals to the board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Unit. Appeals to the Fifth Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. An Appeal on a Citizenship matter to the U.S. Department of State. Mr. Prappas is often invited to be a guest speaker to lecture to students enrolled in “Fundamentals of Immigration Law” at South Texas College of Law.
